still here but ran out of stuff to talk about -
interviewing people yet again for a place in Dublin City centre
ad up one day on daft - 21 replies
nationalities this time
Irish, French, Spanish, German, Australian, Belgium, Greek, Polish, American, Italian Nigerian and prob a few others but I forget. More Irish this time then usual applied?

renting out but unfortunity we have pretty much settled on someone after the first night of interviews...that is unless you're a really a fit looking girl? btw place is a 3 bedroom apartment sharing with myself and a nice italian girl.
Might have another room going free later in the year & will mention it here first if that's the case.
on a side note a friend is moving out of his 2 bedroomed apartment either before or after the summer depending on work current rent is approx €1100 per month but may increase for any new tennent.
you should try daft it's very good for finding a place esp if it's long term - would avoid letting agencies doing the work for you as they usually go for the overinflated price range and dont do a great job.
